Sub-processors policy

In GDPR terminology, DIGI-STEEL is a Processor of Personal Data submitted by users of its Services for processing on the DIGI-STEEL Platform. DIGI-STEEL may in turn delegate some aspects of processing to another Processor, either an Affiliate or a third party: this is termed a sub-processor. A sub-processor is a data processor engaged by DIGI-STEEL which has or potentially will have access to such Personal Data. DIGI-STEEL engages different types of sub-processors to perform various functions as explained in the table below. Third parties used to provide the Services but which do not have access to or process such Personal Data are not considered sub-processors.

Revisions

We may revise any provisions of this document in accordance with the DIGI-STEEL Additional Terms and Conditions governing the Agreement (as revised from time to time).

Sub-processors

DIGI-STEEL undertakes to use a reasonable selection process by which it evaluates the security, privacy and confidentiality practices of proposed sub-processors that will or may have access to or process Personal Data. DIGI-STEEL has also executed a Data Processing Addendum with each sub-processor, committing it to processing according to GDPR and other applicable privacy laws and regulations. Al sub-processors have never been asked to share personal data regarding to steel fabrication software with authorities.  

DIGI-STEEL uses certain unaffiliated third parties to perform specific processing functions related to its Services. These unaffiliated third-party providers are the Sub-processors set forth below.

 DIGI-STEEL is hosted on public cloud infrastructure from Amazon Web Services. Amazon maintains high standards of security for their data centers. You can read further about AWS security here. The sub-processors of AWS can be found here.

DIGI-STEEL uses the services from Workato for their API's. Workato maintains hight standards of security for their data. You can read further about Workato security here. The sub-processors of Workato can be found here. 

DIGI-STEEL uses the services from Fullstory to analyze the user friendlyness to optimize the UI. Fullstory maintains high standards of security for their data. You can read further about Fullstory security here. 

Your use of the AWS, Workato and Fullstory products/services is subject to their terms and conditions and additional documents. Located at the websites of the companies written as above. Amazon / Workato / Fullstory and their affiliates , will be intended third party beneficiaries and therefore entitled to enforce the terms directly against you.
